Hi!

I'm a (just) 56 year old couch King Edward who is starting the second week of C25K.  So please to have found this site and had the opportunity to read everyone's good and not so good experiences of the programme.  The first week went well and I have added the  Strength and Flexibility programme to my non-running days.  My aim is to be able to confidently sign up for the local Park Run.

I've bought the trainers, got them dirty, and looking forward to the rest of week 2!!
