W1 done :)

Feeling v proud to have done all 3 runs in week one. Actually found the running didn't hurt my calves too much today which is encouraging. Had a cheeky 7 year old with me who complained bitterly during the walking sessions that she was too hot and too tired and then sprinted the runs (clearly I watched from a distance!) Looking forward to week 2 :)

Ignore small persons, they can keep going.. and going.. and going :)

Slow and steady does it and try to land lightly as you go... you will get run at a time:)
