Due to do run on Tuesday then Wednesday but felt so tired after poor sleep. Slept better last night so plan to do it. Probably should have just ignored my tiredness?

I am not sure if your post means that you were running on consecutive days and not taking a rest day in between, if so, no wonder you are tired. You need to take a rest day and then get out there. If you did run on Tuesday and not yesterday, then get out in the fresh air today - you will feel so much better.

You were tired. If you had to put off Tuesday's run and then did not feel like doing it the day after, then the two days rest will have helped. Try your run today and see how you go. If we don't get our sleep for whatever reason an extra rest day won't do any harm :) It is very humid at night and difficult to sleep :)
