I am always extremely sceptical of anything that promises results in 30 days, but if you stick with doing C25l and then continue running 3 times a week and do your dvd on the other days of the week you will definitely see results over time (assuing you couple the exercise wth a sensible eating plan). Go for it!
To be honest I am too. I mainly bought it for the workouts, not so much what I can achieve in 30 days. So I think your right with a combination of both and the right food I hope it really helps me. Thanks x
30 days is certainly long enough to build a regular habit of working out and running. And once it has become a way of life, then you are sorted.
