Feeling amazing!

Hello to all!  Thank you so much for all the support and help I have received by reading your posts since joining this forum.  My journey started on 4th January with my daughter asking if I'd to join her on the C25k challenge.  Last night we completed w9r3 and don't we feel fantastic!  Anyone that thinks they can't run.....think again.  I'm going to be 60 next year, haven't done any running for 30 years and was absolutely terrified about getting out there.  Following this app has been brilliant.  At times it's been really hard but with reading the posts I realised that any worries I had were completely normal and to just get back to it!  I still get butterflies before any run  but I guess that's just me.  Good luck to you all.

Hi Rosie,

Congratulations to you and your daughter! It's brilliant that you've both graduated at the same time, and I wish you more happy running in the future.

Thank you vivh61.  My daughter encouraged me all the way!  She said if she'd been on her own she would've run too fast, exhausted herself and then given up so running together is brilliant 😄

Thank you Ullyrunner.  This site has helped me so much over the weeks and I'd encourage anybody to use the programme.  Who'd of believed I could run 5km or run for 30 minutes WITHOUT STOPPING 😄.......in January I was gasping for breath and found even the one minute runs difficult!

What a fabulous post - brightened my day considerably!  Very well done - it is a tough program but you did it!  Amazing.  :)
