Feeling grumpy

Have felt grumpy and bleugh for a few days but literally forced myself out to do W2R3. Would have been so easy to give up. Please tell me W3 is doable - seems like a step. S

Week 3 is doable! You can do it! There were days when I needed to force myself to start/or continue a run, but still pushed myself on those days! Just keep running! 🌼🌺🌼

Well done, you did it.

Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.

Self belief is also crucial. This may help in that respect healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Many find the mental benefits of regular physical activity to be one of the main reasons for running.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Week 3 is doable! I just finished w3 run 2, it’s difficult but definitely got easier for me through the week. You can do it!

Week 3 is doable.

Each progression is designed to push you a little bit more, but the previous week will have prepared you for that push.

Week 3 is when a switch flipped in my head and somehow it changed from it being a chore into me actually wanting to go out to run. (But only when I wasn't actually running.)

Yes! Yes! Yes! it is doable. My husband and I graduation today... and my husband is 62 years old, just had DVT and is 4 stone overweight. So, yes! Yes! Yes! it's doable. Go for it. we all have off days, weeks.

W3 is definitely doable. I had never run in my life before starting this app and graduated last week. If I can do it anyone can. Keep going. Every time you step out the door that’s an achievement. The hardest part of the run sometimes.

Well done! I’ve just done W3R1, it’s doable, I took it steady and slow. Looking forward to W3R2 on Tuesday!

Just did week 3 run 1. Had lots of aches from gardening at the weekend but stamina wise I took it slowly and it was definitely doable. I was slower than week 2 but worth it :-) You can do it! Let us know how it goes! X
