Found this reasonably ok.

I am not following the plan but I know i should, anyway...

Today I completed this second run, very slowly and it wasn't any easier than last time out, but wasn't any harder, so I finished the plan then had a 6 minute breather then ran another 12 minutes even more slow, and the time was around 42 minutes for 5k, I may be slow but my times are amazingly consistent almost to the second the same as last time out when I look at the split times.

I may struggle for the next run as this time although I ran 3 blocks of ten, I stopped 2 times and I will have to run continuously without stopping for 25 mins next time, but its all part of the challenge.

32 minutes running 9 minutes walking.
