For the first time ever I felt comfortable throughout my whole run! I have a sneaky suspicion that I ran for more than 10 minutes in the first run. I normally follow the same route, and when I got to where my usually 10 minute marker was I was told I was only half way, so I ran on for another five minutes. I don't know of the app paused when I went to my iTunes library to change my music. Anyway, regardless, I've either completed it or completed it with a few extra minutes thrown in. Didn't seem to have any breathing problems today and my legs felt felt very fresh. Hadn't run since Monday, so that might be it. Next run on Monday is with my club and they are tackling the 20 minute run of week 5, even though they'll be on week 7. It's slightly confusing run the same programme two different ways but I'm enjoying it.
