Ran over 5km bright and early this morning. Took over 36 minutes but I'm reallly chuffed, and knackered. First couple of km pace was not too bad at just over 6 minutes/km but had to slow down to keep going for my planned 30 minutes, then decided to push myself on to actually run 5km. So happy.
