Yay, I’ve done it 😊. I did my final run this morning and did 3.79K in the 30 minutes of running. Next step is to see if I can build up to running 5K in 30 minutes.....

My longer term goal is to get to 5K too but I doubt it will be in 30 mins! For now I’m just doing the 30 mins and enjoying the freedom 😊
