I was suffering from sore feet/heels/legs... put it down to impact pain so started running on the grass rather than the pavement at my local park. MUCH improved ever since.
I started getting pain in only my right heel on the bottom and sides after finishing wk3 r2, just had two weeks out went out today it held out but is twinging abit now. Ive heard shock absorbing heel pads are good im ordering some tomorrow to see if it makes any difference
I have had this since Christmas when ironically I had planned to start running. Bought insoles from Superdrug for nearly all my shoes and last week had an injection which has helped a lot. Not cured but better.
