After researching it i think it's plantar fasciitis. Does anyone have any hints or tips to help me get over this. I am

I was suffering from sore feet/heels/legs... put it down to impact pain so started running on the grass rather than the pavement at my local park. MUCH improved ever since.

I have had this since Christmas when ironically I had planned to start running. Bought insoles from Superdrug for nearly all my shoes and last week had an injection which has helped a lot. Not cured but better.
