Well I'm back after a four week break, I had so forgotten how much it hurts. I did manage to run the full 30 minutes though, so I'm taking that as a win. I've started a new eight week plan on runkeeper. I think I need a plan to keep me motivated. So new year new plan. Here I go.

Hehe same here, I have been sick for almost a month and now I run so slow, that it is an offense to call it running :D I was on w7 before and now I had to go back to w5 to regain my strength. Just keep running :)

I feel your pain. I am in the same boat, but didn't manage anywhere near 30 min. I've gone back to breaking it up again. Like you I have gone back to structure to help. Hope you bounce back real soon happy running.

My last run was 29th November, I ran today for the first time. It was hard I went back to week 4 run and struggled, well done for doing a whole 30 mins.

Thanks everyone, I must admit, though I'm doing the full 30 minutes it's at a much slower pace than 4 weeks ago. It can only get better though.... Right?
