So just over a year ago I started out on the Couch 2 5K programme. Never would I have envisioned where it would lead me. I have received some fantastic support and advice from you guys and I would just like to say a massive thank you and show you a picture of me sporting my Couch 2 5K Graduate t-shirt as I finished the Liverpool Half Marathon on Sunday.
