That felt so much harder than 20 minutes straight, although maybe the fact that it was tippingit down and I had to run through puddles that were like ponds didn't help.
I did a better distance than on Friday although it felt like I was going slower (obviously I wasn't).
The gremlins came out for the final 5 minutes but I managed to ignore them and push through.
Onwards and upwards

Right there with you, did it few hours ago, its wet here too and I didn't find it easier😐. O
Honestly, your post could have been about me😜 Just one thing to add,
On the odd occasion I have had a stitch it isn't whilst running but when I slow to walk. It happened again today, don't know if this is common but I figure, very soon it will be one big run and I won't have to bother with it anyway😀
Nice one. Perhaps it wasn't the rain or the puddles, I also found it hard going and I managed to get out before the heavens opened this morning. Sarah Millican said that this run was designed to 'consolidate your running'. What does that even mean?😕
