Struggling quite a bit running for twenty five minutes straight. I have walked for part of the way on two runs and just can't seem to get over this hurdle. I'm being as slow as I can and still can't break through. Any tips? I'm thinking of repeating intervals from previous weeks or do I just repeat week seven runs endlessly?

Week seven woes
Try to slow right down. You may say you are already running slow but often we set off too quick and find everything more difficult.
If you did week 6 run 3 you know you can run the time. This is where you have to dig deep mentally and convince yourself you will do it.
We are all right behind you willing you on. You can and will do it!

Seriously I couldn't start any slower. Really I can't. I managed the other longer runs fine. I am not giving up as I really love it. I do wonder if the warmer weather is not helping. Trouble is I ride my horse very early first to avoid the heat so started running at about half eight this morning. A bit warm.
It is probably the warmth...
Try a really slow start.. I know you say you can't go any slower... but start slow and then have short burst... really short, then slow right down again...maybe the variation... try to focus on aspects of your style maybe, to take your mind off the time...
Think about how are you landing, how are your arms feeling, how relaxed are your hands...I do this sometimes... to take my mind of the time... distraction technique.. I make up rhymes and silly songs too..
Failing that... just take steady slow steps and squish those pesky gremlins with every step....
You will do this
I've just finished week seven and every day my body was screaming at me to stop, just walk. I just kept it slow and knew I had already completed 25 minutes so I can do it - it's all in your head, mind games. The other thing that kept me going was knowing I am so close to finishing; w8r1 today, Cant believe I may graduate in a couple of weeks! You can do this! Keep going!
All of the above! Week 7 was my demon week so I just got slower and slower until it became doable. I even ended up enjoying weeks 8 and 9! I'm now a couple of weeks post grad and speed is starting to come as a natural result of being fitter and stronger. Just don't give up!
