Can't believe it but it wasnt that bad! Just finished running for 5 minutes straight not once but twice. Granted, molasses runs faster but I'm feeling like I could actually survive this running thing.

Of course you can...you have survived so far & are doing an excellent job!!! It doesn't matter about speed, that's not what this is about...it's about building up stamina & strength both in your legs & in your head...some of the runs are as mentally challenging as they are physical...but with determination you'll be collecting that medal before you know it...well done & keep posting...we'll all be looking out for you!!

Just remember there is no need for speed at all... you are doing just fine.
Keep it slow and steady and take those rest days... some extra stamina and core strength exercises too, on the rest days will help your journey.
