is it really 20 mins for run 3?!! Is this a mistake?๐Ÿ˜œ Week 6 is back to intervals isn't it? How did the graduates find it?

Hello! Yes 20 mins it is, but the programme has you ready for it. Just stay slow and steady and one foot in front of the other. You CAN do this!

Week 6 does throw at lot of people, but this is where you have to be mentally prepared as well as the physical run.

Every graduate will have a different story, but if they have graduated they completed each and every run. Some may have had to repeat individual runs but that is not a problem. Just keep going!

You can do this runner, concentrate on one run at a time. Graduation is just around the corner.

Yep, as jacs-W say's, it's now a mental thing, you are physically ready for the run, it's just those pesky gremlins that need educating!!!

Managed to do w5r3 today, didn't think it was possible at the start of the week but so pleased I managed it this morning. Go out with a positive attitude and you may surprise yourself as I did.

Thanks everybody! I'm going to do run2 tonight when it's a bit cooler to see if this helps and then only attempt run three when I'm totally up for it. So good to hear it's possible, thanks again x

It is just a little different.. and as Millsie-J says...you are ready for it... totally. That is all you have to remember.. slow and steady and just do it...each run building up on what you have already achieved:)

The running on the programme is about more than running.. and this is where the folks who feel the , need for speed, come unstuck..it is about discipline and structure. The week to come is a great example of this.

You have been doing the programme wonderfully and so, you will do this... trust it and yourself... steady and slow...:)

I just did run 2 and was great! I was running by the sea so always helps but feeling better about run 3 but still can't imagine myself actually running for 20 mins! I'll be eating celebratory cake when I do it. Thanks again xx
