Did a longer warm up and thought it went ok. The narrative from Laura really gave me an extra boost! It is true that I recover much quicker now.

Off to run 2 and the 8' which I dread a little but we will see how it goes!

You may actually find you like the longer durations!! Just go nice and slow! As you go from brisk walk to run, just consciously make your start of the run really slow, and you will be fine. And if you’re doing the Japanese slow jogging - you’ll be completely fine! Good luck!!

Thank you for the advice! I hope I manage as I really want to complete week 5 this week and kick week 6 on Sunday as starting next Monday I start a new job so will have to run after work, which may add to the challenge... we shall see!

But so happy with my progress and so grateful for all the support received here :)
