Have no idea why but for a goal I signed up to the chester half last night, i was comfortably jogging 10k a few years ago but stopped jogging (i don't run not built for it) ... my worry is motivation then self confidence during the training and then during the event ... are there any tips to help me along what will be a couch to 21k
