Couch to 5K

Week 3 done!

Hi there. Just finished Week 3 and amazed at how much I've enjoyed it. I've never done any exercise and have always felt unfit and too embarrassed to get started!! The only problem is my left Achilles' tendon is quite sore. Does anyone have any advice? I love this forum and read it every day even though I don't often post. I get a lot of encouragement from it, so thanks to all you posters!
