Just completed this morning, bit disappointed in myself as I extended the 2nd 90 second walk a bit and had to pause the app 2 minutes in the 2nd 5 min run.

They weren't long pauses and other kept walking, just cross that I didn't push through...any tips so I don't do it again on Saturday?

Keep going, you can totally do this! I find repeating the mantra 'I love running' really helps even when I'm feeling like I can't go any longer and want to give up! I bet you find it a bit easier on Saturday. Good luck!

It's only a few seconds and if it's the difference between keeping going and stopping altogether then it seems a wise move. Are you runnng a bit too quickly? Next time try slowing down a little but we'll done for getting so far. You're almost half way through the nine weeks. (and I'm one to talk, I'm on Wk3 R2 so I could well be in you position next week! 😬). Keep going πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

Thanks guys! Just done the 2nd run....felt so much better! Caught my breath better during the walks and even felt I could go longer on the 2nd 5 minutes! Definitely found my pace today x
