Just finished W4R1.I am proud of myself.Just that the last five minute run was hard on my legs but i kept pushing/crawling till the End.Well done me.Will be doing the 2nd run on Friday .Fingers crossed.

Indeed, well done you. It is a great feeling, isn't it? When your body wants to stop but you somehow keep going. It's very inspirational and empowering... cos it makes you wonder how much further you can go.....

Great job, jucioj!! I second what Vivwestie said...it is fantastic when you can push through that wall and keep going!! It is truly a testament to the mind being far more powerful than the body!! Keep Running!

Good luck for Friday. Did W4R2 last night and found it very slightly easier than W4R1. Not sure why because the rain was bucketing down and some ignorant car driver went through a big puddle and nearly drowned me!
