so as you all know i use a treadmill , so today i used the incline thing its a manual one on a rogerblack silver machine , im not sure what the gradient was on it but my run was so much more difficult and i did feel a big difference in Steepness ( if thats a word), i struggled through and did manage to keep the gremlins at bay but that was the longest 25 mins ever , i think i should have had a couple of rest days this week last run was on monday but i walked a lot yesterday and had a belly dance class last night which puts quite a bit of strain on knees , but i just couldnt wait lol , so i think il do my run 3 on saturday to make sure my knees are ready !, i dont know why i sometimes feel so deflated when i struggle through a run as i know that 7 weeks ago i could not even run for 1 minute without getting puffed out let alone conquering 25 minutes best of luck everyone on your runs no matter what week your on X

Well done on that one steepness is an okay word to use in the context that you used it even though you struggled you still got there giving them gremlins what for as to longer rest periods it depends on how you feel if you are throwing yourself into the belly dancing it might be worth taking a longer rest however you are doing more than me at the moment anyway 25 minutes is a fair effort when you think what you started on. Onwards to R3

I can understand feeling deflated but actually struggling through a run is a massive achievement and you should give yourself a huge pat on the back instead. Belly dancing sounds fun 🙂.
Well done. The hard runs count just the same, and you got to the end. Enjoy your rest. You deserve it.
Put it on 1% incline to simulate road running. Of course you can mess about with it to what suits you..😊
Wow! belly dancing.. sounds fun!!!
Don't be deflated.. be puffed up with pride because you blinking well did it!
Does the incline have to be so extreme, maybe lower it a little to keep those knees in shape for the run to the podium
Well done you!
Belly dancing... impressive, I wouldn't want to scare the horses!
You've managed 25 minutes on a treadmill with an incline! You should not be feeling deflated! Have a well deserved break and let those joints and muscles heal a bit
