I haven't posted before because I wasn't sure if I would stick to this, but I completed week 3 run 1 yesterday so it looks as though I'm in it for the long haul. I am surprised how much I have started to look forward to my thrice weekly waddles!

Feel free to waddle! You have done the hardest bit by deciding to get up off your sofa and get out there. You will be a runner in no time! Good luck, and happy moving in whatever way you want. X

Well done for making a start and getting this far!

I'm totally with you in 'waddling', I'm very slow, & when I look at how far others go in 30mins & how short I do it's easy to think of yourself negatively- BUT we are out there doing it, even enjoying ourselves, getting fitter & extending our lives probably, so give yourself a pat on the back & look forward to the day you graduate- it's a great feeling of achievement πŸ˜‹
