Did a boxercise hit style class on Friday evening after week 6 run 3 in the morning and think I've not waited long enough to do my first run of week 7. Just couldn't get my legs to keep going today! Bit annoyed but trying not to be too hard on myself as I've come a looooong way! But definitely too many squats!

Take it on the chin. Put it down to experience and count yourself lucky that you didn't spring or strain anything.
With rest you will come back stronger.
