W2R3 Feeling good

So just completed run 3 of week 2 and I'm already feeling the benefits. Feeling a bit daunted by week 3 though as I'm not sure I can run for a 3 full minutes without stopping! Still nothing ventured, nothing gained!

I'm in the same position - due to start week 3 tomorrow. Good luck, let us know how it goes. It does seem daunting but then so did week 1 and 2 and we did those.

Thanks. Good luck to you too. We can do this!

You did! Good attitude, we look back at how far we have to come and not how far to go. Just take it steady and slow, and you will be fine :)

You can.... if you are following the programme and keep it slow and steady, you will do it :)

Try to get the habit of focusing on now, and not next. The programme will get you to the thirty minute runs..safely and enjoyably :)

If I can do it, so can you. It took me a full week to build up to W1R1, and I'm just finishing W3 today. Well done so far, and keep at it!
