W2R3 Done :-)

So after a slightly bitty couple of weeks, I successfully completed W2R3 this morning so am feeling very happy. I was concerned I might struggle as I hadn't run since Monday as life has just got in the way. But hopefully normal service will be resumed on Monday and I'll be back to 3 runs a week.

A 3 minute run does sound scary though.......................

Thank you :-)

Well don e ! Things can get in the way ! but good for you for planning to get through your 3 runs a week. Not everyone is the same. I thought I could manage perhaps just doing 2 days a week on my days off. I did but didn't feel I could make progress . Feel much better doing 3 days a week.

Luckily I only do a part time job being semi-retired and can fit in one run per week , a 4K run to work which I did this morning ! I could do later in the day but much prefer a routine and the running serves a purpose. I would normally cycle there.

Again well done.

It does sound scary, but know what? You will do this and feel awesome when you get to the end!

Anyone would think I had done a marathon at how pleased I am when I get to the end of the run (currently on w4)
