Every week I thought exactly the same thing! Don't panic - just take it slow. You'll be amazed what you can do - your fitness levels improve invisibly and the step up each week is manageable as long as you don't go for speed.
Believe me - I had no idea I could run for 28 minutes but I've jut finished by third week 8 run and am thoroughly looking forward to Sunday's week 9 run 1 and 30 minutes.
Believe in yourself and be determined and you'll be absolutely fine!
LOL - I seriously never thought I would even make it through week three when I was in week one
We are in the process here of transforming ourselves. Sometimes it will be an almost "miraculous" transformation and like all miracles....hard to believe
So, don't worry about not having faith in yourself....but you absolutely can have faith in the programme
Read through the early posts of Graduates - we feared the time increases also....but still went out the door.
The exit through the door and keeping it slow and steady will get you to Graduation also, have no fear
Nearly every week seemed like an impossible graduation from the previous week. It was hard to believe that I could actually accomplish what it said to do. Take it slow and easy, you'll be fine.
You can do it... simple as that. Keep it slow and keep it steady, the programmes takes you there , slowly.
Where some folk miss out, is when they push too hard.... each week builds on the week before, and as long as you follow it, taking your rest days... you can do it
That was me this week! I moved to week 4 yesterday. I was dreading it and was tempted to simply repeat week 3 again, since the 3 minutes were hard enough. But I put my faith in the program and kept telling myself I could do it - and I did! It was hard, but I kept going even though I felt like I was grinding to a halt I was so slow at one point - but nonetheless I DID IT! I'm amazed at how the program really does work. So, yes - you can definitely do it!
