I started my 3rd week, was doing great, but due to some official commitments had to travel and move out of city, so sadly couldnt continue after 1st run, though i tried to go for second run and i did it after 4 days, but again got detracked! Now what should I do, its been a week since My last run!

Life gets in the way for all of us, but unless you miss two weeks or more you are unlikely to notice much loss of condition.
You will only know if you test yourself, so give it a go.

I would go out and try your next run but listen to your body. It's not a problem if you need to repeat a run or a week, but you may not need to. ๐
