Stopping through runs

Question to all please. I'm on w2 r3 but the last run in the park i had to stop 3 time due to dogs chasing my dog and people chatting blocking access to paths etc. However I added on another couple of 90 sec runs at the end after the session had completed. Would this still count as completing that run?? Or am I over thinking this?? Thanks 🤔

Over thinking. Much. You have done your time. Move on.

I think you just answered your own question😀

Like you I have been adhering to 'the programme' like my life depended on it!

Definitely done the run! I had to stop on my 28 minute run on Monday as my shoelace had come undone - podcast and watch paused I raced to do it up and then continue. I counted that as a successful run. (going to invest in knobbly shoelaces at the weekend!)

Move on to week 3 and enjoy.

Thanks all. I always over think. Gremlins nearly got me on the last run because of having to stop. Nearly quit it as I was so frustrated having to stop/start lol. Will strike it off and move on . 😊

Move on! Maybe leave the dog at home while doing c25k and go around people carefully, they should make room for you to get past, let them know you are coming with a loud cough or say I'm coming through thanks!😊
