Hi everyone
Thanks for all the tips and support yesterday, it's really helpful.π
My legs are aching from top to bottom today π but I guess that's a good day thing!
Thinking of going for a leisurely walk to make sure my legs don't get to stiff.

A walk sounds very wise, also, maybe some gentle stretching exercises? Or massage with a tennis ball, or foam roller? Well done in any case! Happy running!
Well done for getting that first run under your belt. I remember how I thought I was going to die after finishing that first run (I had to lie down for a good half hour before I could even talk!). That was 4 years ago - I ran my first marathon this year, so keep it up! You never know where this could lead you
It's all true! I remember that first run so well. And the aching legs. And the purple face! Take it slow and steady (emphasis on the slow), take your rest days and you really will be amazed at how this programme can transform you. Enjoy run 2ππ
Most of us have been there. Your muscles are complaining because you are asking them to do something out of the ordinary for you. It's to be expected.
Keep moving for example walking. It will take a while but they will get used to it if you are consistent with your runs, and remain slow and steady!
