Just completed run 2, I know it's 12 hours early but there is no way I could fit the run in tomorrow as start work early and then got slimming world tomorrow evening! Next run scheduled for Thursday! I am buzzing that I have run/ walked three k today in half an hour. πππππ»

Well done! A good run.
Remember you need to take your rest days as required within the plan. If you run on thursday it sounds as though you will have actually ran 3 times in 4 days. At this early stage you are in danger of picking up an over use injury. Better to take an extra rest day rather than miss the required recovery time by missing rest days.

I'm only on week 3 so great expert but having read around this forum, I am taking great pleasure in my rest days in the smug knowledge that they are all part of the plan and they are helping me get stronger just much as the runs. Welcome to tortoise townπ’π’π’π
I'm at exactly the same point. Still not convinced I'll be able to run for more than a few minutes at a time!!
