Really enjoy the run πŸ˜€ Would like some help pls during the run my trainer Laura mentioned breathing within coordination with the left foot but ...... I’ve forgot what she said does anyone out there know ? Thanks

Please read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and don't worry about trying to coordinate breathing with running.

She will repeat it on your next run, but it doesn't work for a lot of people.

I really wouldn't pay too much attention to the breathing suggestion !

Most of us struggled with that .

Just breathe normally , you will soon find a natural by rythem πŸ™‚πŸ‘

Yep as everyone says, find your own breathing style that works for you. I couldn't do it.

Don't worry about it- I tried it and nearly choked!- just relax and your body will breathe naturally- I don't even notice my breathing now.

Thanks I got all mixed up and seemed to end up breathing everytime my left foot hit the ground so I felt I was breathing tooo much πŸ˜€

I was doing the same thing- just relax and breathe naturally- go slow and you'll be fine.
