Morning all. I'm 37 and haven't ran since being a child. I have always had the attitude that "I can't run" and settled for walking without even trying. 2 runs in and I feel very proud of myself already. Registered for park run yesterday to give myself an end goal. Good luck to everyone with their journeys. We can do this!

Good to have a target, but, remember to take it steady and slow to get to the thirty minute runs
Well done
Well Done Jomarie, keep posting here as there is some great advice and we can support each other when we need it. I intend on posting after each run but also if the gremlins are tempting me to slack at which point I am sure everyone will verbally encourage me ( verbally kick my ass) to suck it up and carry on! See you at the finish line run buddy!!
