Can I just say how wonderful you all are. I haven't even been on my first run yet and the support I have received is amazing. I have been on various groups over the years for a number of things and this has to be the warmest most welcoming group I have come across x I look forward to sharing my journey with you all x Thank you

I graduated years ago, but still keep coming back. Partly to encourage all the new runners and partly to take encouragement from all the lovely stories.

Keep posting & we'll have you running for 30 minutes before long!

This forum is the best! i started in 2014 and have been here ever since, everyone will support you through good runs and bad, and some great friendships have been made!

Good luck for your 1st run and make sure to post afterwards, i always did and it really helped me get through the programme, one of many incentives
