Ok so it was treadmill but I wouldn't of dreamt it a month ago. Feels good and was soooo easy. Learning to pace myself better. Just to translate that to outdoor run on Friday. Thanks all.

Morning!

Very well done you... you will be fine on Friday!

I have just started a new. ' improve my time' 10K running plan, so I am having to get my head around different approaches too! My next run is Friday too... so i shall think of you heading out there :)

Onward and upward eh ? x

Thankyou. I definetly had fuel in the tank left over. Could of done 28 no sweat. Right leg a bit sore but I think that was due to the outdoor run on Monday. Is all good. Slow and steady.

I know it's tempting but don't. You have to get your legs fully built first. I got a serious shin splint because I pushed too early. I thought my leg was broken, that's how seriously you can hurt yourself.

We all want to graduate safely and keep running 😃

Don't worry, I'm not going to jump ahead. Just stick to plan. However I see what you're saying. It's almost frustrating a feeling knowing you can carry on. I know I'm way off doing this outdoor so just mixing it up at the moment.

Speaking of running outdoors. This is for everyone, put some cream or sun block on your face! I have a burned face and neck. Wind burn! I look like I've been in the Sahara for months! 😡😡😡😡 Aaaagh! 😮

Haha good call. Even though I had to scrape ice from the car this morning the sun is still out and bright. Runsafe.
