Did my 1st one!

Well I finally did it yesterday after rather a lot of thought and procrastination! It was great! Running into the countryside from my Dad's village helped, as did seeing lambs frolicking in the sunshine! I know there will be tougher days but I've made a start. My hips and knees ache a bit today but I can walk! Roll on run (walk/jog) tomorrow.

Yeay! On the way???

Lambs, sunshine, beautiful countryside and feeling good. It does not get much better!:)

Take it very very steady and listen to the programme.. and your body..:)

The slower the better .. :) Well done!

" Fast enough to get there, slow enough to see!"

"Perfick! "As Pop Larkin would say :)

Yes there will be tough days but you're already past the toughest - actually getting out there and going for your first run. Now "all" you have to do is follow the programme, follow Oldfloss ' advice and keep coming back here for support when you need it :)
