So happy with 1st run post graduation 2

This morning was my first run following the graduation (again) run on Sunday. This morning was an indoor run before work.

I stuck with Laura and Julie!! When it got to 25mins I was feeling ok and decided to go for 5k rather than 30mins. I knew I had come close on Sunday but since I measure the total distance and time (including warm up and cool down walks) I'm never quite sure how far I have run.

On the flat treadmill 5k achieved in 31 mins 30 secs. 🎉🎉🎉 Not too bad.
