Post graduation run - thank you!

Like a lot of others I'm a little unsure what to do next without the discipline of completing the programme so I thought I'd do a week of 3 5ks and see where to go after that. Had to force myself out this morning feeling a bit meh, then popped my running playlist on Spotify and the stone roses came into my ears and I was off. Someone on here had inspired me to add them to my list the other day and it was just what i needed, I was running with a huge smile on my face! A big thank you to the poster who mentioned them , my post graduate runs have been kick started with a welcome blast from the past!

Many graduates lose momentum after graduation so having a plan is great. Keep posting too as that'll keep you on the straight and narrow! Enjoy your running 🤗

I've decided to stick with Laura for a few weeks

Will have to prepare some running 'choons' or get one of my junior assistants to do it
