Up and out for a mothers day run

I would really love a lie in but my 7 year old would like to run parkrun with me. So up I get and embrace a mothers day run (I know it is a day early)! Anyone else running this weekend?

Yes it is a lovely morning here too, sun is shining although still a bit nippy! All dressed up just breakfast to do. Not been for a while so feeling nervous!

Tomorrow.. early... doing a lunch for Little Mum and family...( first Mother's Day for them :))

Having an extra rest day today as I am only two runs in after getting off the IC.. and a busy day yesterday has taken its toll a little ( Old snail) !

We did it! She had a few walks which I don't think she really needed as she has run the whole 5k before.

Yeah me 😀 My lunch is digesting, my husband is about to go out so I shall be heading out shortly to do a leisurely recovery 5k. The sun is out 😀

Me and my sis have none of our sprogs around for Mothering Sunday so we are taking ourselves out for lunch tomorrow.
