Hi Guys - week 4 all done and dusted!
Starting to get my distance up slightly, managed 4.3k on Saturday.
Week 5 starts tonight, and im actually starting to look forward to getting out running!!

That's great! But it's not about distance, going too fast in c25k may end with injury, so, slow & steady is the way!😊
Oh believe me - im not sure i could go much slower! Ha!
I think the increase in distance is only down to more time running and less time walking.
Im conscious of the running times jumping up now, so will do my best to slow it all down again.
