So I've just completed week 4 and feeling good, lost 10kg in those four weeks best I've felt in around a year mentally and physically. Thanks to this group for the support, anyone new starting out just remember to take each run at a time and you'll get there.

True, this group is a fantastic encouragement. People here are so gracious. Great job! I notice I feel much better too both mentally and physically. Really great news on the losing 10kg! Mine's not coming off so easily.

Hey, just swapped out eating as much refined sugar, less bread, more fruits and salads, and I never use to eat breakfast now I do. Hope this helps
