Was a bit apprehensive about this run but managed it ok, 3mins twice never thought I'd manage that. Gluts ache a bit certainly feel I've done excercise, not sure I'm doing the right stretches

Well done! Sounds like you are doing fine. If your glutes are aching, you might want to consider investing in a foam roller. Painful initially, but they certainly help to iron out the creases, as it were! Keep it up.
What is a foam roller ?
It's something you use to ease out those hard to reach muscles - literally just a cylinder shape with a layer of foam around the outside. You rest the appropriate muscle on it, taking some of your weight on your arms and gently roll back and forwards. If the muscle is tight, it can be painful! (In the same way a good sports massage is painful )
