Having tried the podcast 3 times and finding the music both boring and Laura's breaking through, ruining my concentration, very annoying, I've decided that the podcast isn't for me, so I downloaded the C25K programme to my new phone and went running (no pun intended) back to the trainers that we know and love. Though this time I decided to go for Michael Johnson for a change.
