Well hello everyone. Just done my last run of week 7 and conscious of the fact that I need to buy a new sports bra ( too much movement 😳 ) and some new trainers now! This evening it was lovely, I ran along the sea front of Dover listening to Laura and her music in one ear and the sea waves as they gently washed over the beach (tides up) in the other ear and the half moon shining on the water. It was a pleasure. Feeling ok after my run after a day of feeling really quite low.

Ah, shopping! You *need* a new sports bra and new trainers, obviously I started off C25K with the trainers and bra I had and now all my kit doesn't quite fit into one drawer, and I have designs on Aldi's sale on Thursday
I bought the booband after someone ( probably the company itself) posted on here but I've got on really well with it and it does a great job of reducing the bounce 😀
Hello joolez, I've been looking at the booband on Amazon and it does look good but not sure what size I would want. I would want a tight 'ish' fit and sometimes I think the bigger band might have excess band ? And then sometimes I think the smaller band would be too small........can you enlighten me at all?
I got the medium one and I am a 38DD ... it fits me pretty much perfectly and there is no excess - I'm expecting it will fit even if I get smaller down to at least a 36 and possibly even a 34 but can't say for sure (I'm a size 16 top) - hope that helps
