hi male 64 was 17.5 stone Dec 1st 2016 and have been that weight or more for most of my adult life

decided to change and roughly followed Marisa Peer life change not to the letter but quite close and now march 6th 14 stone and 7 ounces

I am starting C25K tonight

Well done - it's a great decision. Stick with it, and you won't regret it :) Come back here after your run and tell us how it went. We'll all be cheering you on! Remember, take it steady - a slow (very slow) jog is all that's needed, no speed sessions here! ;)

You will be fine with C25k as long as you go slowly. SLOW is the way to go. Hold that thought 🙂
