I've just turned 50 and am fed up being severely overweight and unfit. I've just discovered the C25K on the NHS site. I really NEED to change things, is this for me? To give you an idea of my (self inflicted) situation I'm 5ft 9 and 20 stone and suffer from the usual fat bloke conditions; type 2, osa and also fibromyalgia. Can I jump into week 1 or will it kill me?
