Time for change

Hi everyone,

First time.user!! I'm 47 and decided it was time to change. Overweight, under exercises, living on eating out and take away.

I've rejoined the gym and as part of that set myself a goal to run 5k within 6 months. I am 4 weeks into Couch to 5k. I'm eating healthy, I'm exercising regularly and have so far lost 18lbs in 5 weeks.

Would highly recommend!!!

Six months? You’ll demolish that if your weight loss and diet switch are anything to go by. Good job so far... congratulations on finding C25K... trust the plan and happy running.
