W7R1 - on the homestretch now

Thanks everyone for the encouragement so far; I've been able to stick with the programme and I did my first run for Week 7 this morning - the runs are getting longer, but I'm getting stronger and better able to handle them. My breathing was much better again this morning, and I felt in control, which is good. There was a bit of a mix-up though where my app tried to repeat a running interval, but I just skipped it because I'd already done my workout - not quite sure what happened, but it wanted me to run for 32 minutes instead of 28... Maybe another day :) Not long until week 9 and graduation!!!

(and for you ladies out there, it was day one of Aunt Flo, but I managed to push through it so feeling good about that :D)

Well done! It's great to feel the progress isn't it? And in such short time!

Running actually helps me with cramps and I definitely feel better afterwards :)
